Canceled Plans

Well, this day started off alright until I turned the lights on and got a good look at Kora's face. Her right eye was all puffy and she has poison ivy blotches all over the place so it looks like the Cortaid isn't slowing it down as much as I'd like. I didn't pick up the oral steroid the doctor prescribed because I wanted to hold off on that for as long as possible if I could. Kora is a total MONSTER when she takes a steroid and I mean MONSTER. She becomes an evil little woman saying evil things, it's crazy. I didn't want to go through that again but it looks like I have no choice.

We had plans to go to the park with our fun friends Roman and Elijah but I had to cancel. It's raining and blah and I'm a little overwhelmed with everything else. Maybe next week guys, forgive us, Puuhhhlease!!

Here's a video Kora made for Roman in her kitten ears.

Kora is TOTALLY you. I hope you know that... her silly faces remind me of you when we were little.

I liked your video alot. Why didn't I get poison ivy from your backyard when it was your brothers' birthday? Where was the poison ivy when you saw it?

I get poison ivy bad like Kora...in fact, I've had it off and on since we've moved into our house 8 months ago and still am battling it! Steroid shots, steroid packs, super duper strong creams...yeah, they don't help! :( We think Miss Bella is bringing the oil in on her fur...yet, we can't locate it anywhere in the yard and of course I am the ONLY one getting it. Marc works in the yard all the time...so all we can think is he must be immune! I wish I was! So...I feel for Kora...it stinks!

Her BIG eyes at the end of the video are priceless! Poor Kora, I have never had poison ivy, but it sounds aweful!
