For Mother's Day, I had my flowers from Austin on my nightstand and a plant Jake made me at school right next to it. When I picked up Miah from nursery on Sunday he was soooo excited he could barely speak clear when he gave me THIS present to add to my potted collection. He said he made it all by himself and planted the seeds a few weeks back. If you ask him what he got me, he'll tell you, "a tree!!!" He also gave me a beautiful picture he colored and then at the bottom was written his name by the teacher, "Maya". UUGHHH, he's not a girl, how many time do I have to tell them they spell it WRONG?!?!
My sweet Kora has been on her devil meds (steroids) for a full day now and she's still being sweet so hopefully we can slip by without the demon entering her body. She's also been using some Benadryl to keep the itching to a minimum. Of course that makes her pass out by 1pm. I took a picture of her gorgeous sleeping face. OH how I wish I looked that beautiful as I slept. In the morning when she is trying to get up and she's halfway between sleep and awake, Miah will pat her back and say softly, "good morning princess beauty!!" Depending on the morning, she either HATES it, or LOVES it. She's definitely a girl!
