HaPpY BiRtHdAy LoVeR!!!

31 years ago today, my sweet lover was born! Here are a few pictures over the past few years to show the many sides of Austin and why we love him so much.

He's looks like a normal guy on the outside, but on the inside he has so many amazing traits and high standards for himself and his family. I admire him for being such a good example to his friends and family.

He loves his children so much and does SO much for them and their future. He's always there to calm me down when I'm upset or frustrated about something the kids are doing or going through and he has the best advice for both them and me.

He knows how to be silly and he's usually acting this way most of the time.

He's passionate and fun all at the same time. He has an addictive personality that makes people want to be around him.

He thinks he knows everything that is going on in the family, but sometimes even HE can be surprised.

He works so hard to prepare a good future for this family even when it seems like everything is going against him. I admire his perseverance and determination to do better and go higher than what is expected of him.

He thinks he's tough but he has a soft side that most people don't get to see.

No matter what he's doing, where he's going, or what he's wearin, he looks HOT!

He loves his family more than anything else in the entire world.

He has booger green eyes that I always tease him about but secretly, they're my favorite feature on his face (shhh, don't tell!)
I love you so much Austin and I feel like the luckiest girl in the whole world to be married to such an amazing person. I hope you birthday rocks and you have the best day ever!

it's funny to think that you love austin... not because there's something wrong with him but because i never think about how you or amy love your spouses... i'm not sure why... but it's sweet to hear you talk about the ways in which you love him... what a good couple you guys make... enos does the same thing with calming me down when i'm having a nervous breakdown...i suppose it's a george girl trait.

This is a very sweet post! I love the way you expressed your feelings and described some of the things you love about your "lover". It struck me how everything you wrote about Austin is exactly what I would have said about Bill. Whenever we talk about you guys, Bill always makes the comment of how unusual it is for him to think some dude is way cool to hang out with after such a short time knowing them, that if we lived closer to each other, the 4 of us could hang-out often and have a blast. I know our men are different from each other, but they have a lot of similar qualities, and I think if they were given the opportunity, they would become good buds. (I'm trying to use more "manly" terminology here, so I don't sound all mushy about Bill and Austin getting along so well and "connecting" at the wedding) :)
You have a good man there!
