Last week I flipped out.
Like really FLIPPED OUT.
Lately Kora and Jake have been at each other like CrAzY.
Fighting.
All. The. Time.
It's driving me crazy.
Kimmy, you foretold of this madness,
it has arrived.
And it SUCKS.
So I was in my bathroom brushing my teeth and I could hear my two tErds through the wall in THEIR bathroom, fighting over whose turn it was to be in front of the sink.
They were pushing each other up against the wall and yelling like crazy.
Listening to them made me so mad.
I got hot inside.
Then hotter.
Then HOTTER.
Finally I flipped.
I hiked my limber leg up on the wall and started karate chopping it.
All Chuck Norris style.
Kick
after kick
after kick.
I was trying to send a message.
Instead I just made a huge hole.
I felt like such a whiskey tango loser mom.
Thankfully the maintenance man was able to come repair it that SAME day so I could hide it from Lover. Hehe.
What am I gonna do when I can't just pick up the phone and call maintenance to solve all my problems?
I wonder if maintenance can fix my kids.

I LOVE that you can not only admit it, but show it! DANG! I always want to do that, but what holds me back is no maintenance to fix it for me. Oh and its not my kids they make me wanna do that... I just wanna.
LOL I would do that too except I have no maintenance man to come fix it. What did you tell him happened?
it woulda been EVEN better if your leg would've gone all the way through the wall. next time get it right.
Your such a horrible mother! Your HOOOORRRRR-ible!!!!!! Did you say that in your head like your suppose to?
HIlarious. I can say that because I go thru it everyday too. Parenting can sometimes make me want to stick my head in an oven. Or kick a hole in a wall.
why do they fight? seriously i ask my kids that 100x a day..I've stomped, I've hit the wall, I've yelled, but I think nothing gets the point across like kicking a hole through the wall..Hopefully your kids will think twice now..cuz next time it will be their face! lol..j/k..but i bet you said that to your kids.."see this hole? this could'v been YOU!"..ahahahahha..we have to laugh to keep from crying sometimes..you're a good, NORMAL mom, seriously!
i'm so sorry :( i feel your pain!!!!! chris & corinne spent NINE YEARS hating each other. i thought maybe because i'm an only child that was why i couldn't stand the sibling rivalry so much. they seriously could not be in the same room together without fighting. then once chris got to high school they just didn't talk.
i'm glad to say though FINALLY they are getting along! last year corinne went through some bad stuff and chris (along with his friends) helped her through it. i cried....very touching. since then they stick together. :)
As long as you aren't kidding little kiddy chins... I think it's all good.
Seriously, I wanna know what you told maintenance!!!!
Well...I bet you could caulk little mouths shut. That's a maintenance call, no? (Just took me 5 minutes to figure out how to spell that.)
Awesome hole. Where's your iPhone video on THAT one??
Reminds me of when I was young... and on the other end of your foot. :-P Actually... mom broke a pencil and told us to fight over that instead - figuring we might see how stupid it was - who got the point and who got the eraser. I'm pretty sure only 1 pencil ever got broken... she just threatened the other times... :-P
Whoa! You are my hero! So is Tony, from Maintenance.
I would love to have maintenance to come fix my wall...if I could ever get my leg up high enough to kick a hole in it. :)
Just blame in on TaeBo Wednesdays!
