First off, lemme start by saying that I have NEVER had maternity pics done in all my pregs because of one reason and ONE reason only...
I ALWAYS FEEL DISGUSTING.
Well, given this is the LAST time I'll EVER be pregnant again (insert tears and a few hormones here) I decided that I would take Candace up on her generous offer and allow her to go crazy with pics for me.
And lemme say...
I'm SOOOOO glad I did.
We turned it into an all day event, us three girlies, and we had a blast. Candace had amazing ideas and of course everything turned out lovely :)
Here are a handful (not few because there are SOO many I love) of my very most favorites from the day.
Penny was there for half of the day until My Lover could get home to watch the kids so he got to participate as well. He loves my belly and kisses it all the time EXCEPT for the day I actually NEED him to kiss it.
"You want me to do what with this big fat mamma-o-mine?"
We tricked him and stuck fruit snacks on my belly so he'd go for the bait. It WORKED!

You look great. Awesome pictures. They were very tasteful. As a photographer I have to say that a lot of the women who request a maternity shoot really surprise me with how free they want to be in front of the camera. I guess I shouldn't be surprised though...cause let's be honest once you have a baby you have no problem with total strangers seeing parts of you that were best kept covered :) I swear I was about ready to say "Anyone else want to see what's between my legs before I close them?!" while laying on the table just giving birth to my first. :)
p.s. More power to you...cause there's no way I have any desire to do a shoot like that...unless of course I'm behind the camera.
