Weekly Wanna-Be

This Weekly (almost didn't make it, last day of the week and last hour of the day! yikes!) Wanna-Be is...

Random Jolly Old Man at Ross

Last week Jake and I went shopping together at Ross and we stumbled across a friendly 'ole ball of a man on the phone with his daughter. He was a pretty big guy, large pot belly and he was super jolly. He stood in the furniture section of Ross and chatted on the phone while his wife shopped and I couldn't help but swarm the furniture area as well to keep close tabs on his interestingly fun conversations. I pretended like I was deciding between two rugs while I snatched a pen outta my diaper bag and jotted notes from his conversation down on my hand. Jake giggled the whole time, especially when the old man talked about "the bra section".

PS...First, I hate the first part of the video when I'm itching my ear. That's disgusting and I hate when people itch their ears and never thought I did it until I saw this video. Ewww. I can smell the wax. Second, please don't look at my hideously long stripper hair. I'm getting it cut, I promise, this week...or next. Also, I still have paint in my hair that won't come out, a zit on my lip and on my head and dark circles under my eyes because I don't get to sleep in one day a week anymore. Bleck. I tried to get all made up for the video but that didn't work cuz I still look raggedy. Sorry. I guess it adds to the character, right?

Ugh...I just rewatched this and it's stinkin boring. I suck.

I'll do better next week. I promise. I PEACOCK!

Nevermind...It's gone.

I deleted it because I hated it so much. Sorry friends. I can't stand to have imperfection on my lovely blog.

Marc made me turn you off...he couldn't take the voice! I'll have to listen when he's not around...but what I did hear, that jolly old man is far from jolly!

Klyde,
Great job, if the goal of acting is to make us believe you are someone else, then you hit it on the mark. It sure seemed that you were the older man... very cool.

isn't it like old people to tell you everything they had to eat?! my grandparents do that about themselves..and then like to tell all about their pooping or medical issues in extreme detail, and especially during meals. it's yummy.

What in the world is gumby hair? You don't look bad...you're always too hard on yourself. I wouldn't have noticed your zit if you didn't mention it. So don't next time!

Weekly wannabe was good...not your best, but I still got a kick out of the whole "we're eating light" conversation.

i think you should change your stripper hair into punk rocker/Goth/vampire hair like Jess K. did. hehe. Since her's is back to normal I'd like you to get it now...

Gumby hair...? I'm pretty sure that gumby is bald so does he mean because it has green paint in it?
