Today is my little Miah's 3rd birthday! We're home now, but we were in Arkansas with Austin's mom today and had a small celebration for the special day. Regina, Austin's mom, made a brownie cake for Miah with chocolate frosting..mmmmm. Miah got to decorate the cake with sprinkles.
Then Kora lit the candles on the cake. 
Then we all sang Happy Birthday and Miah got shy and covered his face! That was a surprise, he usually LOVES to have the entire room's attention!
Miah blew out all three of the candles, but from the looks of this picture, I see Austin helping too!
Then he licked the candles...and stuck them back in the cake.
If you ask Miah how old he is today, he'll hold up the right amount of fingers, but he always gives a different answer. His favorite ages to say are, 16, 7, 2 and 60.

The heathens ate their chocolate brownie cake just MINUTES before loading in the car for a nice long 4 hour trip home....aww...thank GOODNESS for the DVD player :)

I love seeing those memories...it feels like just yesterday he came into our family and now he all grown up! I love my miah!!
My favorite is when miah is laying out like mom. He's so fancy. :) I'm so glad miah is in our family. He's way to handsome NOT to be. Jake looks so old in these pictures!!! i need to see you and the heathens soon! i'm getting lonesome.

He is too cute for words, he is perfect! Seriously, everytime I see Miah pictures, I think about adopting, you make it look so easy for a child to blend right in with the family. It's like he was meant to be a Lowe all along, and he is right where he was destined to be. You inspire me Jess! You rock motherhood!
